03 - Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and to cancel any orders arising from such errors.
- Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
- You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided at checkout.
04 - Orders & Order Acceptance
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; all orders are subject to acceptance by CarnivorX.
- We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.
- If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
05 - Shipping & Returns
Shipping timelines, rates, and delivery terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Return and refund eligibility, including terms specific to opened, perishable, or consumable products, are outlined in our Refund Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.
06 - Intellectual Property
- All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the CarnivorX name and branding, is the property of CarnivorX and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.
07 - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarnivorX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of this site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
