Every order of CarnivorX beef protein powder and protein bars is packed with care and dispatched from our warehouse within 3–5 business days. Our products are shelf-stable, so no special cold-chain handling is required.

01 - Shipping Rates

02 - Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of being placed.
  • Bundles and multi-item orders may require 1–2 extra business days to pack.
  • Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays are processed the following week.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order dispatches.

03 - Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your shipment through the carrier's website or by logging into your account.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48–72 hours to appear after your order ships.
  • Didn't get a tracking email? Check your spam or junk folder first.
  • Contact us at support@carnivorx.com if you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering.

04 - Delivery Issues

  • If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbours or your building's front desk first.
  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date if you believe your package is lost.
  • We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
  • CarnivorX is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
  • We're not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, strikes, or events beyond our reasonable control.

05 - Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or your protein powder/bars appear compromised in transit:

  • Photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately upon receipt.
  • Email support@carnivorx.com with your order number and photos within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We'll arrange a free replacement - no need to return the damaged item in most cases.
  • Please don't discard the original packaging until your claim is resolved.

06 - International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations available at checkout.

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees set by your country.
  • These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
  • We're not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

07 - Changes to This Policy

Shipping rates and timelines are subject to change without notice. We'll update this page whenever changes occur. Rates confirmed at checkout are final at the time of purchase.
