We stand behind every batch of CarnivorX beef protein powder and protein bars. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right. Please read the policy below in full, as it covers perishable and consumable products differently from standard merchandise.
01 - Perishable & Consumable Items
This policy applies to all perishable and consumable products, including but not limited to beef protein powder, protein bars, and any other item that is perishable, refrigerated, frozen, or intended for consumption.
- Due to the nature of consumable goods, we cannot accept returns of any opened, used, or partially consumed product.
- Unopened, sealed products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Return shipping costs for unopened product returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
02 - Opened Products
Once a product's seal has been broken, it is considered non-returnable and non-refundable, regardless of how much of the product remains. This policy exists to protect the safety and integrity of all products we sell. The only exception is when the product itself is damaged or defective - see section 03 below.
03 - Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise not as described - even if opened to inspect - we will make it right:
- Email us at support@carnivorx.com with your order number and photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Once verified, we will send a free replacement or issue store credit equal to the value of the affected item - your choice.
- In most cases you will not need to return the damaged item; we may simply ask for photo evidence.
- Please don't discard the original packaging until your claim has been resolved.
04 - How to Start a Return
- Contact us at support@carnivorx.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions if applicable.
- Once your unopened return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
05 - Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially consumed protein powder or protein bars.
- Products purchased from third-party retailers or resellers - please contact them directly.
- Gift cards and promotional or free items.
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale at checkout.
06 - Return Policy Misuse
CarnivorX reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds at its sole discretion in cases where this policy is misused, or where there is evidence of excessive or suspected fraudulent return activity. All returns are subject to review, and eligibility for a refund or replacement is not guaranteed. Exceptions may be granted at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
07 - Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
